PocketGST Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Digital Product — No Physical Shipping
PocketGST is a digital mobile application. There is no physical product, courier delivery, or shipping address required.
You download and install the app from the Google Play Store on a compatible Android device.
2. How to Download
- Open Google Play Store on your Android phone or tablet.
- Search for PocketGST or use our listing: PocketGST on Google Play.
- Tap Install. The download is approximately 10 MB (size may vary by device and version).
- Tap Open after installation completes.
Installation is usually immediate on a stable Wi‑Fi or 4G connection.
3. Pro Subscription & Lifetime Activation
When you purchase PocketGST Pro (Monthly, Yearly, or Lifetime) through Google Play:
- Pro features unlock immediately after successful payment.
- No activation code, email link, or manual setup is required.
- Your subscription is tied to the Google account used at purchase.

5. Updates
App updates are delivered through the Play Store. We recommend enabling auto-update for PocketGST. Updates are free for existing users. Release notes may appear in the Play Store listing or in-app.
6. Multi-Device Install
You may install PocketGST on multiple Android devices signed into the same Google account that purchased Pro. Pro status syncs via Google Play.
Data is stored locally on each device. Invoices, customers, and reports do not automatically sync between phones. Before changing devices, export invoice PDFs and Pro CSV reports and save copies outside the app (email, your files app, or WhatsApp).
7. Installation Troubleshooting

| Insufficient storage | Free at least 50 MB |
| Not compatible | Upgrade to Android 11+ or use a newer device |
| Download stuck | Settings → Apps → Google Play Store → Storage → Clear cache (not Clear data) |
